Jo Ellen Crowley is a graduate of Fairmont State College with a B.S. Degree in psychology. She is a member of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of Leadership Harrison, a past President of the Harrison County Board of Realtors and was appointed by Harrison County judges to be a Condemnation Commissioner. Jo Ellen attends St. James Catholic Church. She resides in Bridgeport with her husband, John Barbour, a golf coach at West Virginia Wesleyan College, and their children, TK and Janna.
